RETURN & REPLACEMENT POLICY MurtiLeb

Every MurtiLeb idol is checked and packed with care before dispatch. If there is any problem with your order, we replace it free of charge.

1. REPLACEMENT ONLY NO RETURNS
- We offer a free replacement for any genuine problem with your order: an idol that arrives broken or damaged, a manufacturing defect, a wrong item, or a missing item.
- We do not accept returns, and we do not give refunds for delivered orders. Idols are devotional items, so once an order is delivered it cannot be returned or exchanged for a change of mind.

2. HOW TO GET A REPLACEMENT
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery on WhatsApp at +91 83700 48475, with your order number.
- Share a clear unboxing video, recorded from opening the sealed package, and photos of the idol and the packaging.
- We check the request within 24 to 48 hours. Once it is approved, we dispatch the replacement within 2 to 4 working days, with free delivery.
- You do not pay anything for the replacement or its shipping.

An unboxing video is required for all replacement requests.

3. WHAT IS NOT COVERED
- Damage caused after delivery by a fall, misuse, water, chemicals or cleaning products.
- Requests made more than 48 hours after delivery, or without an unboxing video.
- Small differences in colour or finish between the photos and the idol, which are natural in hand-finished pieces.

4. ORDER CANCELLATION
- You can cancel your order free of charge before it is dispatched. Message us on WhatsApp with your order number.
- Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

5. WHEN MONEY IS REFUNDED
Money is refunded only in these two cases:
- A prepaid order is cancelled before dispatch.
- We are unable to deliver your order, or the same idol is out of stock and cannot be replaced.
In these cases the full amount is refunded to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
