1. SHIPPING CHARGES
We offer FREE delivery on all orders across India.

2. DISPATCH TIME
Orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours of being placed (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

3. DELIVERY TIME
We ship by air for the fastest delivery. Most orders are delivered within 4–5 days of dispatch. Delivery to remote areas may take a little longer. You can check the estimated delivery time for your pincode on any product page.

4. ORDER TRACKING
As soon as your order is shipped, we share the tracking link with you on WhatsApp and by SMS/email.

5. PACKAGING
Every idol is packed with protective material to keep it safe in transit. If your order arrives damaged, please see our Return & Replacement Policy — share an unboxing video on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery and we will arrange a replacement.

6. CHANGE OF ADDRESS
To change your delivery address, message us on WhatsApp with your order number before the order is dispatched.

7. UNDELIVERED ORDERS
If a delivery fails because of an incorrect address or the recipient being unavailable after repeated attempts, the courier returns the parcel to us. We will contact you to arrange re-delivery.
